Business Analyst Location: Quincy MA Job Description: Proven experience working as a business analyst in collateral management or regulatory reporting within financial services. Strong understanding on REPO and Reverse REPO functionalities Strong understanding of collateral management lifecycle, including margining, settlement, and reconciliation. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks impacting collateral management area (Securities Lending and Secure Finance) Familiarity with market risk, credit risk, and operation risk under securities finance area. Hands on experience on SQL and AWS environments Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
