On-the-Floor Manufacturing Trainer & Certification Lead

The WestRock Company is seeking a Technical Trainer to assist with training processes locally. The role reports into the site General Manager/ Plant Manager and dotted lines into Operations Learning & Development, to ensure training is completed for Operator/ Craft Job Certification. The trainer will be a key contact for team members, conduct assessments of machine skills, provide feedback, and support certification processes and the development of learning materials and SOPs on the floor. #J-18808-Ljbffr Smurfit Westrock
