Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and preferences. \n
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions and, depending on your expertise, lead family, group, or couples counseling. \n
- Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies to provide mental health screenings and ongoing assessments that guide treatment planning. \n
- Document all therapeutic sessions and client interactions accurately in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies. \n
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest counseling theories, techniques, and best practices in mental health care. \n
- Contribute to a supportive team culture by participating in case consultations, team meetings, and interdepartmental collaborations. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field, with an active license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW. \n

- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client cases while maintaining a high standard of care. \n

This position offers an attractive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
