What we offer:Competitive wagesSubsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance at 90 daysIndustry-leading paid time off plans + paid family leave401k plan access beginning at hireDiscounts across our group of businessesAccess to our Employee Emergency Assistance Program for added supportKey responsibilities:Prepare and set up all assigned stations with appropriate mise en place in advance of service.Attend pre-shift meetings and put up testers according to set standards.Ensure all dishes are prepared according to both quality and timing standards.Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe workstation throughout service.Follow allergy protocols and modify dishes at the direction of the chefs.Label, stock, and organize inventory.Break down stations fully. Clean and sanitize workstation prior to departing the shift.Successful candidates will:Have 2+ years of professional cooking experience with excellent production skillsDisplay keen attention to detail and spatial awarenessBe reliable, focused, organized, communicative, and curiousHave a receptive and charitable attitude toward constructive feedbackBe interested in working collaboratively towards meeting the goals of the team and the businessWhile performing the duties of the job, a Line Cook is regularly required to stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
