Riverstone Communities is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Sunrise Mobile Home Park in Cocoa, FL. You will interact with residents and prospects, provide excellent service, and help drive occupancy while supporting daily office operations. Responsibilities include rent collection, enforcing standards, maintaining the office, following up with applicants, and upholding Fair Housing guidelines.
