REGISTERED NURSE

Horizons Care Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will perform assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support both short-term rehab and long-term care residents.
