What You’ll Be Doing: Lead high‑profile land surveying projects including boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction staking surveys. Utilize the latest technology and tools, such as total stations, GPS, and advanced survey software to perform field surveys. Analyze, prepare, and review survey data ensuring accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with a team of engineers, architects, and planners to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare survey plats, maps, and reports for clients and governmental agencies. Supervise and mentor junior surveyors and provide guidance to field staff. What We’re Looking For: Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) with 5+ years of experience. Expertise in boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and ALTA/NSPS surveys. Proficiency with surveying software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, etc.). Strong understanding of local, state, and federal survey regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
