Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address their unique needs and treatment goals
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, to ensure client success
Provide education and support to clients and their families, promoting a healthy and informed recovery process
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to client care and coordination of services
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, continuing education, and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Counseling, Psychology, Social Work)
Current licensure as a Licensed Therapist in the state of West Virginia preferred, not required.
Proven experience in providing evidence-based therapies and treatment planning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
