Architectural Designer vacancy in Las-Vegas USA Junior Architectural Designer We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will assist in the design and development of architectural projects, working closely with senior designers and architects. Responsibilities Assist in the creation of design concepts and presentation materials Prepare detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software Collaborate with project team members to ensure designs meet client requirements Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and potential issues Research building codes, materials, and construction techniques for project feasibility Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss project details Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit Strong understanding of building codes and regulations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills A passion for architecture and design Salary This position offers a salary of $1300 per month. Location This position is located in Las Vegas, known for its vibrant entertainment scene, unique architecture, and bustling city life.
