Benefits Exceptionally strong compensation and benefits package Great work environment and abundant opportunities for growth State of the art manufacturing facility utilizing automated processes and advanced machinery Stable, established company with a reputation for world‑class operational excellence Opportunity to lead and shape a dedicated quality team while driving continuous improvement Responsibilities Develop standardized production, quality, and customer service standards across the manufacturing facility Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings to maintain compliance Build a strong quality team through proactive coaching, mentoring, specific technical training, and performance evaluations Proactively improve corporate quality systems through internal audits and participation in structured process improvement programs Interact with key partners and clients to obtain constructive feedback and drive corrective actions Oversee quality control processes to ensure all parts are manufactured within strict specified tolerances Maintain rigorous adherence to international quality standards and certification requirements Requirements 5+ years of relevant machining shop work experience in a high precision manufacturing environment High degree of organization with excellent attention to detail and a critical thinking mindset Demonstrated experience performing quality audits and generating detailed compliance reports Strong background in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive action deployment Proven ability to manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of quality personnel Nice to Haves Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related technical discipline Deep understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems and certification upkeep Familiarity with multidisciplinary manufacturing environments including precision machining, welding, and mechanical assembly Prior experience managing high volume production quality systems Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
