Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Ability to handle payroll processes efficiently
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable

Nice to Have Skills:

• Construction industry experience
• AIA billing experience
• Past experience with payroll reporting
• Experience entering bi-weekly payroll

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Previous bookkeeping experience, ideally within a construction or related industry
• Strong Excel skills, with familiarity in payroll processing and billing preferred
