Preconstruction Director Salary: $120,000 - $175,000 per year | Location: Matthews, NC | Employment Type: On-site | Status: Permanent A bit about us: We are a Real estate investment, development, and construction firm seeking a Preconstruction leader to join our team. We are looking for extensive Multifamily experience and someone that can lead a team while remaining hands on with estimating, sourcing subcontractors, and business development. Why join us? Review bid requirements for projects ensuring all aspects of the project are documented and accounted for. Prepare takeoffs, work with subs and suppliers to secure competitive pricing. Identify, manage and maintain relationships with subcontractors, ensuring bids are completed timely, completely, and accurately. Develop and sustain working relationships with clients through direct communication. Properly turn over bid documents and sub/supplier buyout information to Project Manager in a timely manner.
