ABA Behavior TechnicianJoin Finni South New Mexico as an ABA Behavior Technician!Job Type: Part-time (less than 30 hours per week) Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday Locations: Las Cruces, New MexicoWho Are We At Finni Health - South NM?The mission of Finni South New Mexico is to support the continuous growth and professional development of all team members, to empower our team members to deliver compassionate and evidence-based ABA therapy to our clients and their families, and to improve access to these ABA services for all individuals who need them.As an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You'll work one-on-one with our patients' families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child's home settingCollect and record data on child behaviorsBe available weekly for supervision by the Behavior AnalystAttend team meetingsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay and paid trainingCareer Growth & flexible hoursMileage reimbursementAssistance with RBT certification and paid training!What You'll NeedMinimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the fieldExperience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needsReliable TransportationActive CPR certification (Preferred)RBT certification: (Preferred but not required)This role involves using technology every day, including tablets for real-time data collection, scheduling software, communication platforms, and electronic documentation.Experience using technology and software or platforms such as CentralReach, Catalyst, Rethink, or similar data collection systems is a plus!Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAble to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of timeSit on the floor or stand for extended periods of timeLicense/Certification:CPR Certification (Required)RBT certification (Preferred but not required)Work Location: In person
