Project Manager (PE) - Public Works (Waco)

Job Description Job Description BGE is seeking a Project Manager (PE) for the Public Works department in our Waco, TX Office. BGE, Inc. is a nationwide civil engineering consulting firm that provides services in land/site development, public works, transportation, planning, landscape architecture, construction management, survey and environmental services for public and private clients. Responsibilities: Lead team on multiple projects for government agencies, municipalities, and water agencies Manage the quality, timeliness, and financial aspects of projects Supervise and mentor engineers, designers, and technicians Partner with senior staff in maintaining and developing client relationships Requirements: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field Registered PE in Texas required 5+ years of consulting experience; prefer experience serving municipalities and governmental agencies Experience with one or more of the following: water agencies, roadway drainage, water treatment, wastewater, storm water, or H&H is preferred Previous project management experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of software necessary to provide service (drafting, modeling, and mapping) Works well and shares success with team Benefits to name a few… Established company with a diverse range of projects we work on, a flexible work environment and a collaborative atmosphere.
