Job Title: Elite Home Comfort LLC Service Technician (HVAC)
Location: Clarksville, Tennessee
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $15.00 – $32.00+ per hour (commensurate with experience) + Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential settings.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex heating and cooling issues quickly and accurately, providing homeowners with clear, honest solutions.
• Customer Experience: Act as a "Home Comfort Specialist," ensuring high service standards, answering homeowner questions, and leaving workspaces impeccably clean.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all local HVAC codes, safety protocols, and company standards on every job.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Significant, documented HVAC experience (Journeyman level or 4+ years preferred).
• Professionalism: Honest, exceptionally reliable, and habitually on time. Must go above and beyond customer expectations.
• Presentation: Maintain a neat and professional appearance
• Credentials: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Clearance: Ability to pass a thorough background check.
