Senior Custodian - Facilities, Planning, and Management

Senior Custodian

The Senior Custodian performs routine cleaning, housekeeping, and upkeep of campus buildings or area of assignment.

Responsibilities

Operates light equipment such as vacuums, shampooers, extractors, buffers, and scrubbers
Cleans and sanitizes floors, restrooms, walls, and furniture in offices and institutional buildings and facilities
Restocks supplies
Empties and sanitizes garbage containers and removes recyclables/trash to disposal areas
Mixes and utilizes cleaning solutions and chemicals

Qualifications

Minimum:

Typically requires a high school diploma or the equivalent. A valid driver's license is required.
