Peter Boulware Toyota of Columbia is seeking a motivated and customer-focused E-Commerce Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in West Columbia, SC. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our online sales experience by engaging with customers, providing expert guidance, and facilitating seamless vehicle purchases through digital platforms. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and leads from prospective customers.
- Guide customers through the online vehicle selection and purchasing process with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle inventory, promotions, and pricing.
- Utilize CRM and other digital tools to track leads, follow up effectively, and manage customer information.
- Deliver exemplary customer service that reflects the values and standards of Peter Boulware Toyota.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or e-commerce environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport through digital channels.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online sales platforms.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
