Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Guardian Angel Staffing is taking applications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for FULL-TIME Employment in a Long Term Care Facility located in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

THIS IS NOT A TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT.

Candidate must have a strong work history with minimal gaps in their employment. This is a floor position in a Long Term Care Facility, therefore previous experience in a Long Term Care Setting is preferred.

PAY RATE: Up to $44.00/HR

AVAILABLE SHIFTS: 630am-3pm, 230pm-11pm, 1030pm-7am & 630pm-7am; rotating weekends required

Must be able to work weekends as well!!

Requirements Include But Not Limited To:
1. Active license on Kentucky Board of Nursing in good standing
2. Current CPR Card; your CPR must have included the in person skills test, the American Heart Association and Red Cross meet these requirements.
3. TB Skin Test and/or Chest X-Ray
4. Nursing Diploma
5. Current Nurse CEUs
6. For this type of employment or licensure, state and, federal law require a state and national criminal background check as a condition of employment.
7. Pass drug screening
8. Current experience within the last year that can be verified working in a long term care facility or a hospital taking care of a team of patients.
