We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated Medical Records Clerks to join our team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is responsible for processing medical record requests, conducting audits, and ensuring accurate documentation across multiple systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume production setting and is committed to maintaining productivity and accuracy.

 

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM MST
• Location: Onsite - American Fork, UT 84003
• Pay Rate: $18/hour
• Duration: 3+ months (Temporary with potential for hire)

 

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming medical record requests efficiently and accurately
• Audit medical records to ensure completeness and compliance
• Enter and update information across multiple systems using dual monitors
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Meet productivity and quality standards in a high-volume environment
• Communicate effectively with internal teams as needed

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience with medical records, healthcare administration, or data entry
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, production-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask across multiple platforms and screens
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
