OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Wausau, WI by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Deliver dry van freight nationwide from Wausau, WI, prioritizing efficient, safe transportation and on-time performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute long-haul freight runs
• Perform comprehensive equipment inspections
• Keep accurate trip and delivery logs

Drive late-model equipment with APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabs, and rely on in-house maintenance excellence. Earn 65¢ per mile, with weekly averages around 2,500 miles, plus safety, inspection, and referral bonuses. Home every two weeks, with full health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits. CDL A license and minimum of one year’s driving experience required.
