Title: Vocal Jazz Ensemble Director (Secondary SSAA) Location: Winnetka Campus Assignment: Category G Stipend; minimum stipend amount $4,429 Supervisor: Elizabeth Bennett, Department Chair – Music & Theatre Meeting Frequency: One rehearsal per week, performances on and off campus throughout the school year Locations: W215, W204, Gaffney Auditorium, Cornog Auditorium Term: Full School Year Position Overview The Vocal Jazz Ensemble director supports the instruction, rehearsal, and performance of a curricular, after‑school vocal jazz ensemble. Due to sustained growth in the New Trier Choral Program—particularly within the SSAA (Soprano I, Soprano II, Alto I, Alto II) population—this position represents a second after‑school Vocal Jazz Ensemble. The position is identical in scope to the existing Varsity Voices/Vocal Jazz Ensemble director position, including comparable rehearsal expectations, contact hours, and performances. This stipend is approved for the 26-27 school year andwill be contingent on enrollment in subsequent years. The ensemble is expected to be 12-20 singers annually. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sylvania
