Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist, you will:

Independently develop research studies, analyses, and projects that affect the programs and policies of the Bureau of the Fiscal Service (BFS) and other government agencies.

Generate insights from evaluating situational, operational, and behavioral data through the intersection of statistical, computational, and contextual domains.

Execute and control projects that represent an important segment of the agency's operating programs and/or projects.

Provide consultation to key personnel inside and outside of government, including to Federal Reserve Banks, and senior executives from major organizations and corporations involved in using federal financial data and doing business with the government.
