Competitive Pay Shift differential: Nights (Mon-Thurs): +$4/hr Nights (Fri-Sun): +$5/hr Weekend Days: +$4/hr Operations Supervisor stipend: +$2.50/hr Benefits Generous PTO beginning Day 1 Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Short & Long-Term Disability Accident & Critical Illness Insurance 401(k) with company match This position receives a Supervisor Stipend in addition to the Partner's regular hourly rate. What You’ll Do Lead and support frontline EMS personnel. Coach, mentor, and develop Partners. Coordinate daily operations and staffing. Promote safety, accountability, and exceptional patient care. Respond to operational issues and provide real-time leadership. Remain clinically active while supporting frontline crews. Qualifications Required Current Ohio Paramedic certification strongly preferred. Ohio EMT or Advanced EMT candidates with demonstrated leadership experience may also be considered. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. CPR and ACLS Certification Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build relationships and influence others. Strong organizational skills. Knowledge of EMS operations and regional healthcare systems. Ability to safely lift, move, and assist patients weighing 350+ pounds, with appropriate equipment and assistance. Preferred Three or more years of prehospital EMS experience. Two or more years of formal or informal leadership experience. Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn Operative IQ. Experience with budgeting or operational metrics.
