As an employer, we seek to provide an environment of growth and development for our employees that is consistent with recognizing the rights, needs, and wants of all people.Purpose:To oversee the administration and coordination of medical services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enable them to maintain optimal health and wellbeing.Qualifications:* Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings* Must possess a valid Driver's License with all necessary endorsements and have a minimum of 3 years of driving experence.* Must possess a current and valid Registered Nurse license* Must possess strong clinical skills with at least 3-year supervisory experience* Must possess basic computer skills* Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferredEssential Functions:* Coordinates and oversees health services according to the individual’s plan ensuring each individual’s optimal health and wellbeing* Supervises nurses and CNAs and provides constructive feedback and training through positive interactions, role modeling, and mentoring* Creates a positive interacting team which collaboratively works with all disciplines* Ensures all documentation is completed according to regulatory requirements* Acts as liaison between hospitals and other medical professionals advocating for least restrictive measures and protection of rights* Performs all professional duties within the scope of licensure and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act* Preforms all other duties as assignedSR97A3This position will remain open until filled.
