RN Inpatient, PACU

Job Summary Registered Nurse (RN) – responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up as patients move along the continuum of care. The RN collaborates with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure rules. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions. Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Apply nursing stewardship and use age and population‑specific standards in the assigned clinical setting. Document care and evaluate outcomes in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice is occurring; or multistate licensure if in a nurse licensure compact state. Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practice standards and code of ethics. Ability to obtain and maintain required departmental competencies and certifications. Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $35.00–$51.00 per hour. Eligible for a sign‑on bonus up to $25,000. Position schedule: Varies, weekly hours 36, with call shifts.
