Customer Service Representative

2nd Shift Differential: $20/hour (12:00 PM-9:00 PM, Monday-Friday) Schedule: 1st Shift: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM-9:00 PM Must be available every other Saturday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Flex day off during the week when working Saturday. Confirm candidate preference for 1st or 2nd shift. Location: Onsite Green Bay - First preference Stevens Point - Second preference Hales Corner - Third preference Training: First 4 weeks: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM No Saturdays during training. Week 2: Classroom ½ day; computer system navigation ½ day while shadowing Week 3: Full shadow/reverse shadow with lead representative support Week 4: Ideally handling calls independently Openings: 12 confirmed; client may hire 15+ candidates due to potential training attrition. Strong performers may be considered for conversion. Timing: Sourcing: Mid-July Interviews/decisions: Late July through August Start dates: September 8 and September 14 Earlier start dates may be available: August 3 or August 17 Candidate Background: Financial services experience is a plus but not required. Call center experience is preferred but not required. Customer service experience is required; retail, fast food, serving, or similar experience is acceptable. Must be comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer systems. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Empathy, customer care, and a positive attitude are required. High school diploma preferred; Bachelor's degree is acceptable. Attendance is essential, especially during training. Limited absences during the 90-day assignment. Healthcare experience is acceptable if the candidate is comfortable with strict schedules and a corporate office environment. Avoid Spectrum and We Energies candidates in Hales Corner. On a scale of 1-10, how comfortable are you with technology? What is the best customer service experience you have ever delivered? Be specific. Do not speak negatively about customers.
