Now Hiring: Quality Technician

Manchester, CT | $22/hour | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

We're seeking a Quality Technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional quality. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring products meet customer and industry standards before they leave the facility.

What You'll Do:

Perform in-process and final inspections on raw materials and finished products
Inspect and test materials, equipment, and manufacturing processes to ensure specifications are met
Verify products meet customer requirements before shipment
Maintain quality records in compliance with AS9100 and Nadcap standards
Support quality improvement initiatives and production documentation
Ensure inspection and testing equipment is properly calibrated
Identify opportunities to improve quality processes and workflows
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE

What We're Looking For:

Associate degree, vocational training, or equivalent experience
2+ years of Quality Technician or Quality Inspection experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines
Experience with AS9100 and/or Nadcap standards is a plus
ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification is a plus
