• 2nd Shift differential: 0.45/hour

• 3rd Shift: differential: 0.50/hour

• Weekly pay

• Eligible for annual wage increases and additional increases based on performance

• Referral bonus up to $2,000 per hire

• With overtime, average annual earnings can exceed $85,000

• 2nd: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

• 3rd: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of manufacturing equipment and plant systems

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and utility issues

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities

• Adjust and install machinery, power, controls, and utilities

• Use hand tools and machine shop equipment (lathe, milling machine, drill press, welder, etc.)

• Create and document work orders, track parts, and log maintenance data

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all PPE requirements

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance mechanic experience (manufacturing preferred)

• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems

• Technical training in mechanical/electrical systems; PLC knowledge preferred

• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and production specs

• Strong problem-solving and data entry skills

• Must supply own tools

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (sponsorship not available)

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and work overtime/weekends as needed
