We are looking for a driven and personable business professional to join our team!
You would be responsible for helping families with their end-of-life services. This opportunity will provide you with the ability to work in a meaningful career while experiencing an increased earning opportunity with a more flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will be a proficient, self-motivated, and committed professional looking for a position helping families within our local community.
Qualified Candidates:- Excellent people and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- 2+ years in a sales position
- Review contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Help families with compassion and escalate to the cemetery sales manager as appropriate
- Follow sales initiatives and work with fellow team members to achieve goals
Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Pay: When meeting sales goals, counselors are expected to earn between $60,000.00-$100,000 per year. Pay is hourly plus commissions. Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend rotations License/Certification: Clean background to obtain cemetery sales license (OH)Vacancy posted 22 days ago
