Utility In Training - 2nd & 3rd Shift (Corporate Grove)

Interested in the utility role? Check out the job description below for what you'll be trained to do and ask your supervisor or production manager if you have any questions. This is an interviewed role that will require several weeks of training on 1st shift. Please note, this posting is for our Utility in Training bench. If selected, you will train in different bays.

Day to Day:

Setting tools (Molds)
Completing color changes
Troubleshooting Processing issues

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills are required
Able to multitask under pressure
Excellent attendance record
Current or prior Utility experience is preferred
Partial completion of Google Classroom curriculum
Both experience and seniority will be considered
