We are seeking a hardworking, goal-oriented Dental Hygienist who thrives in a team setting.

Position Details

• Full-time Dental Hygienist position
• Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday team meeting at 7:00 AM
• Provide preventive and therapeutic hygiene services
• Perform periodontal assessments, charting, and patient education
• Partner with the doctor and team to deliver comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow practice protocols
• Contribute to an efficient, collaborative, and goal-driven environment

Requirements

• Active Indiana Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, goal-oriented, and hardworking mindset
• Ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered care
• Experience with digital dental systems preferred

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
