Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active California Occupational Therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in an outpatient clinic or outpatient rehabilitation setting is required. Demonstrated experience treating musculoskeletal and orthopedic diagnoses, including post-operative care. Experience with splint fabrication and modification required. Experience managing wound care related to post-operative patients preferred. Ability to provide hands-on manual therapy and collaborate in a multidisciplinary rehab team. At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred. Shift details: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Guaranteed hours: 32 hours per week. Includes one hour of paid documentation time per shift. Primary patient population: Musculoskeletal/orthopedic with a fair amount of post-operative cases.
