Job Description Delivery Driver - Non CDL - Paid Training & Vehicle Provided Compensation: $21.50 - $22.50/hour (paid bi-weekly) + Health Insurance, Dental, Vision & PTO Location: 12152 County Road 334, Tyler, TX 75703 Why Join S3 Logistics as a Delivery Driver Competitive hourly pay: $21.50 - $22.50/hour 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts (40 hours or less is typical) Paid training provided - no prior delivery experience required Medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment Opportunity for performance incentives and bonuses Delivery vehicle, gas, uniforms, and all equipment provided Opportunities for advancement - dispatcher roles available as we grow A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break per shift Military veterans are welcome and encouraged to apply What You Will Do: Non CDL Delivery Driver Responsibilities As a Delivery Driver - Non CDL, you will start and end your day at our warehouse location and deliver packages throughout the Tyler, TX community and surrounding areas. Successfully handle and deliver packages on time along your assigned delivery route Load and unload packages in your delivery vehicle at the warehouse each day Safely drive and perform safety inspections on your company delivery vehicle Follow all local and state laws, road and driving regulations, and company policies Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction in all delivery interactions Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, and communicating with your team Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their delivery routes Work in all weather conditions and on various delivery routes Lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis Tilt, push, and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis Equipment Provided for Delivery Drivers Delivery vehicle and gas Handheld technology Uniforms Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment Qualifications Delivery Driver Requirements - Non CDL Must be at least 21 years old Must hold a non-provisional or unrestricted driver's license (non CDL driver's license is acceptable) Must be authorized to work in the United States Must successfully pass a background check Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana) Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position) Must have good English speaking, reading, and writing/communication skills Additional Information Ready to Drive?
