Here, you’ll practice alongside care teams that work seamlessly across Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, and Critical Care—creating smoother transitions, stronger accountability, and better outcomes for the communities we serve.\nIf you’re looking for a place where your clinical judgment is valued, your growth is supported, and your work truly makes a difference, we’d love to talk.\nLocal Team Collaboration:\n\n This brand-new freestanding Emergency Department, opening in September 2026, offers an exceptional opportunity to join a new team providing high-quality emergency care.\n Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.\n Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts.\n\nQualifications:\n\n Board-certified/eligible in emergency medicine or board-certified in family medicine or internal medicine with emergency medicine experience.\n Certifications Required for non-ABEM Physicians: ACLS, PALS, and ATLS.\n Authorized to work in the United States.\n\nScheduling:\n\n 24 hours of physician coverage in the ED with shifts from 7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM.\n 12 hours of APP coverage in the on-site Urgent Care.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n Deliver high-quality care in a 7-bed ED and a 5-bed on-site Urgent Care.\n Foster collaboration and support among team members.\n EPIC is the EMR.\n\nLiving and Working in Bowling Green:\n\n Radcliff is a thriving community in Hardin County, Kentucky.
