Job Description

As a Security Guard - Evenings - Full Time in Brookfield WI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more. As a Security Officer supporting a utilities location you will conduct routine unarmed patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid drivers license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a utility-related industrial location.
• Respond to incidents alarms access-control concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility production areas grounds parking areas and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify visitor and contractor access as directed and maintain accurate logs and reports of security-related activities.
• Assist with the protection of tools equipment materials and infrastructure by reporting damaged property unsecured access points and other potential concerns to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
