- $15 hourly minimum guarantee before tips

- Get 32 hours of PTO upon hire
- 32 additional hours of PTO after 90 days of employment
- PTO paid out at $18/hour
- VERSATILITY - Cutting skills that span all textures/lengths of hair
- KNOWLEDGE - Interested in current trends, products, and services
- TDLR - Keep a clean and sanitized station
- UPBEAT - Professional and positive demeanor
- Service Commission: 40-45% based on sales
- Product Commission: 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank
- Birds covers the cost of running all discounts + promotions
