MRI Technologist Contract Position

Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification or registry as an MRI Technologist (ARRT-MR preferred)
• Completion of an accredited MRI technologist training program
• Valid state licensure as required
• Minimum one year of recent experience in MRI technology
• Strong understanding of MRI safety standards and procedures
• Proficiency in imaging protocols and operation of MRI systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and patient-care skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
• Accurately position patients and select appropriate imaging parameters
• Obtain and review patient history and verify relevant clinical information
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant imaging environment
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to deliver optimal patient care
• Document procedures, maintain records, and manage imaging files within hospital systems
• Address questions or concerns from patients and their families with professionalism and compassion

$2,783 - $2,944/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
