Project Executive - Commercial Construction

Job Title: Project Executive - Commercial Construction We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to join a leading General Contractor. This role will oversee multiple commercial construction projects and project teams from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall performance Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Support business development efforts and help secure new projects Provide leadership and problem-solving throughout all phases of construction Qualifications 10+ years of commercial construction experience Experience managing diverse project types including office, healthcare, retail, education, and industrial Proven leadership experience in a senior project management or Project Executive role Strong understanding of construction operations, contracts, and financial management Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously All inquiries are kept confidential.
