Position Details

• Salary:$40,000+ base + quarterly bonuses

• Additional Pay:Paid rotating on-call

• Schedule:Full-time | Monday–Friday | Daytime hours

• Location:Fort Worth, TX

What You’ll Do (We’ll Teach You!)

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys people, problem-solving, and staying organized:

Staffing & Scheduling

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and patient coverage

• Help ensure every patient receives the care they need

‍⚕️ Support & Train Caregivers

• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires

• Be a go-to support person for caregivers in the field

Problem Solving in Real Time

• Help fill shifts for call-outs or schedule changes

• Support patients and staff with quick, thoughtful solutions

Operations & Coordination

• Help manage caseloads and support efficient scheduling

• Learn how healthcare operations run behind the scenes

Field Support (Occasional)

• Deliver supplies/equipment when needed (mileage reimbursed)

On-Call Rotation (Paid!)

• Be part of a rotating on-call team supporting after-hours needs

• Gain valuable experience handling real-time situations
