Landscape ArchitectWe are seeking a talented Landscape Architect with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team. This role involves both supporting Sr. staff and independently managing key aspects of projects from initial concept through construction documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in site design and land development.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist team members throughout all phases of project developmentIndependently manage portions of projects from concept design through construction documentationPerform grading and erosion & sediment control design (minimum 3 years of experience required)Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on civil site design, landscape architecture, and land development projectsUtilize design tools including Civil 3D, AutoCAD Civil 3D, SketchUp, and Adobe PhotoshopRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture2–5 years of relevant professional experienceStrong experience in grading and erosion & sediment controlProficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD Civil 3DSolid understanding of landscape design principlesPreferred SkillsExperience with MicroStation, Civil 3D, Microsoft Excel, and OutlookAbility to support engineering teams, particularly on civil projects involving dry utilitiesStrong communication and organizational skillsWork EnvironmentThis position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with time split between the Germantown office and remote work. Initially, team members are expected to work in the office four days per week to support onboarding and collaboration.
