McLaren Northern Michigan Hospital in Petoskey, MI seeks an HR Generalist on-site to support leadership and staff in HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, and organizational development. The role emphasizes employee relations, onboarding, and compliance with policies and laws. Schedule is full-time, 8:00am–4:30pm, with 80 hours per pay period. On-call and weekends are not required.
