Neighborhood Sushi is bringing an elevated sushi experience to Dallas—blending Japanese-inspired cuisine, Texas hospitality, stunning design, and an energetic atmosphere. We are looking for Servers who can guide guests through our menu and provide a memorable, "neighborhood" experience.

What You'll Do

• Guide guests through our sushi, nigiri, and cocktail offerings with deep product knowledge.
• Execute precise, thoughtful service that anticipates guest needs before they arise.
• Maintain the flow of the dining room by communicating effectively with the kitchen and bar.
• Build genuine connections with guests to ensure they feel welcomed and well-cared for.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in high-end or full-service dining.
• Passion for Japanese cuisine and a curiosity for learning about sake and spirits.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift/carry trays (up to 25 lbs) throughout the shift.
• Manual dexterity for precise service (clearing tables, pouring beverages).

Compensation: Hourly ($35.00 - $45.00)
