What You'll Do Own the sales order process end-to-end, ensuring accurate, timely setup and communication back to customers. Review pricing and quotations against incoming orders to guarantee accuracy on every transaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering professional, responsive service. Manage EDI order processing with 3rd-party partners, verifying prices, lead times, and quantities. Coordinate order fulfillment and shipment communication between BPG warehouses and customer distribution points. Get quotes, book international shipments, and manage logistics documentation and carrier communication. Validate invoices against sales orders and shipping documentation, resolving billing discrepancies. Bring forward process improvement ideas that raise the bar for BPG’s customer experience. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of proven, results‑oriented work experience, including 3+ years in customer service or sales order processing. Experience with purchasing, production planning, distribution, or inventory management is a plus. Experience with consumer products and U.S. (or international) retail distribution is preferred. Proficiency with MRP/ERP platforms and the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); EDI systems experience required. A collaborative, detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
