Fresh Meadow Mechanical Service in Fresh Meadows, NY is actively seeking a full-time HVAC Technician / Journeyman to complete preventive maintenance as well as troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various types of heating and air conditioning equipment. This position comes with a competitive salary starting at $90,000.00/year with incentives based on experience. Additionally, we offer our technicians a company vehicle. Our company is a service division that is part of the Fresh Meadow Mechanical Corporation. We maintain, repair, and replace multiple types of heating and air conditioning units in commercial buildings. Our team of customer service rockstars is quality and value-minded. Our staff deserves the best, which is why we provide them with competitive wages and treat them fairly and equally.QUALIFICATIONSValid driver's license for a minimum of 12 monthsAbility to safely and legally operate a vehicleAbility to perform the physical duties necessary to complete the daily tasks of this heating and cooling positionOperating knowledge about Microsoft office software and working proficiency with a handheld computer (i.e. a smartphone, or iPad) is a plusA high school diploma or equivalentEPA certification5+ years of experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude. An HVAC Journeyman Tech or someone with technical school or formal training would also be preferred. Do you have above-average customer service and problem-solving skills?
