Whether it's a quick lunch or a night out to remember, this team delivers a guest experience that's both polished and fun — and we're looking for a manager who brings that same balance of excellence and energy.

The Role

We're looking for a Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead with both precision and personality. You'll play a key role in launching and shaping the guest experience — from the floor to the flow of service — ensuring our team delivers excellence in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily operations in a high-volume, full-service environment
• Lead by example on the floor, setting the tone for upbeat, professional service
• Hire, train, and mentor front-of-house team members
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver seamless, hospitality-focused service
• Monitor service standards, guest satisfaction, and team performance
• Maintain high attention to detail in cleanliness, safety, and execution
• Help manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and cost controls
• Contribute ideas, energy, and leadership as we grow and evolve

Who You Are

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume, polished casual or upscale dining setting
• Detail-oriented with a passion for hospitality and operational excellence
• Energetic, positive, and professional — someone who leads with presence and poise
• Excellent communicator with strong team leadership skills
• Enthusiastic about food, people, and creating a place where guests and staff want to be
• Flexible, solution-oriented, and eager to grow with a dynamic team
