This is a production-driven role designed for individuals who want direct control over their earnings and growth. As a Funding Specialist, you will work directly with business owners, structure funding solutions, and manage deals from initial contact through funding. You will own your pipeline and be responsible for generating and closing business. Key Responsibilities Prospect and engage business owners nationwide through outbound calls, email, and follow-up Understand each client’s financial situation and present appropriate funding solutions Structure and present loan and cash advance offers Manage applications from submission through funding Collect, verify, and organize client documentation accurately Maintain detailed pipeline activity and follow-ups within CRM systems Operate in a fast-paced call room environment alongside a performance-driven team Consistently close deals and meet or exceed production targets Qualifications Preferred 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business funding, MCA, or financial services Strong communication and listening skills with confidence on the phone Proven ability to manage a pipeline and close deals Highly organized with disciplined follow-up habits Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven Comfortable working with CRM platforms Team-oriented with strong work ethic and accountability Compensation and Benefits Current representatives earning between $70,000 and $250,000+ annually Top performers significantly exceed average earnings Access to exclusive marketing, data, and lead generation systems Fully equipped call room and high-energy sales environment Ongoing training and development in business lending and sales Clear path for advancement based on performance Why Lilogy High-income potential tied directly to performance Established infrastructure with consistent deal flow Opportunity to work with business owners across multiple industries Competitive, team-driven environment focused on results A culture built on accountability, transparency, and growth We are filling three positions.
