Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Skills/Qualifications Have an active driver’s license Be at least 21 years of age Obtain a DOT medical certification Provide documentation regarding previous employment Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position High School diploma, GED or Military Service Strong customer service orientation Self‑motivation and drive to work in a team environment to meet goals Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit Benefits Competitive Pay 401(k) with Company Match/Profit Sharing/ESOP Disability, Life and AD&D Insurance, 100% Company Paid Paid Time Off and Holidays Skills Development, Training and Career Advancement Opportunities Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 - $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organization needs. This disclosed range has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
