A Pharmacy Clerk supports the smooth operation of the pharmacy by assisting customers, managing inventory, and maintaining the store environment. Working under the supervision of the Pharmacy Manager, the clerk plays a key role in facilitating customer interactions and ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently within store hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to appropriate pharmacy services
• Manage inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Replenish stock on shelves and organize merchandise
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in retail or customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of customer service and inventory management principles
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Good organizational abilities
