Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Home health experience is required.
• Coverage area includes Attleboro, Norton, Seekonk, Mansfield, Foxboro, Plainville and surrounding areas.
