Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical

Location: Rockport, Maine

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and patient-focused Registered Nurses to join our Medical-Surgical team. The ideal candidate will perform nursing duties in a diverse patient care environment while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care while ensuring a safe and effective treatment environment.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatments.
• Administer medications and perform basic clinical procedures.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred, plus travel experience.
• Current RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required; PALS certification is preferred.
• IV skills and telemetry monitoring experience.
• Completion of required education modules.
